Yahoo has filed a lawsuit against a, well, there’s the rub, unknown group of scammers/spammers. The accused is a group of spammers who used Yahoo’s name in a phising scam through email.

The Register reported a worrying article regarding a cyberattack on many supposedly secure web sites.
